What is the job role?

Your role will be to ensure that a high level of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation is maintained throughout the school environment and that the needs of the school community are met, by working as part of a team to deliver an efficient, effective and professional cleaning service.

To ensure that all aspects of health and safety are proactively and effectively managed within the school site and that any hazards are quickly identified and rectified.

Who are we looking for?

 We are seeking to appoint a committed, hard-working and reliable Cleaner to join our team.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be able to undertake general cleaning duties including mopping, polishing and vacuuming
  • Following training, operate various cleaning machinery
  • Have experience of cleaning to a high standard including classrooms, offices, corridors, toilets, etc.
  • Show a willingness to undertake associated training
