What is the job role?

The Triumph Multi-Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated person to fulfil the role of Office Manager at Courthouse Green Primary School.  The school was recently judged as outstanding by Ofsted (July 2023).  This is an exciting role for someone with a strong administrative background, to manage the administrative functions of the school, and to support staff to continue to deliver the best possible outcomes for our children.

Work Pattern

37 hours per week

Term time plus 10 days (40 weeks)

 

Key Roles will include:

•             To manage the provision of an efficient administration service to the school, focusing on customer service and providing a professional and welcoming environment to visitors, staff and children.

•             To provide support to the Operations Manager and senior leaders as required.

•             To direct and line manage the admin team and oversee their well being and professional development

•             Direct the workload and quality assure the effectiveness of the admin team.

•             To be responsible for ensuring all administrative functions are carried out efficiently and within specified deadlines.

•             Be pro-active in maximising funding for the school, for example via free school meal applications.

•             To complete and submit pupil and workforce census, liaising with staff and other stakeholders to ensure data is accurate and up to date.

•             To manage absence and sickness procedures in the morning, including arranging cover as necessary.
