What is the job role?

The Governors of Stoke Heath Primary School are excited to offer the position of Lead Practitioner to a forward-thinking, innovative leader with a passion for education.  This post is instrumental in the development of teaching and learning at Stoke Heath Primary School.

The post is initially for one year and would offer the right candidate the opportunity to take their first step into leadership.

As Lead Practitioner you will work alongside the Assistant Headteacher to support the leadership of teaching and learning.  You need to be passionate about supporting the development of our curriculum and have a drive for outstanding achievement and progress.

You need:

An excellent teaching record and evidence of impact of your teaching and learning (Recent KS1 or Upper KS2 experience would be desirable)

To be a highly motivated individual with a successful track record of working with a wide range of children and families.

A vision, creativity, drive and enthusiasm to continue the development of our school.

Excellent communication and inter-personal skills that motivate, lead, support and challenge.

To be committed to the safeguarding of children.
