What is the job role?

Play Worker (Out of Schools Club) - Mount Nod Primary School

24 hours per week 

Term-time only

Permanent

Grade 2

Mount Nod Primary is a thriving and vibrant maintained school looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support the Play Leader in the day to day running of our before and after school club. Relevant Level 2 qualification required.

We offer the opportunity to work in a friendly, supportive and creative team with children who are well behaved and eager to participate.

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills in order to develop close partnerships with staff, children and parents.

You will have the ability to support the Play Leader in the planning and organisation of appropriate activities for children aged 4 to 11 years and to work within the agreed framework of procedures.

You will have a good understanding of Health and Safety requirements in order to create a safe, caring and stimulating environment that addresses the needs of the individual child.

Relevant Level 2 qualification required.
