About the team we are recruiting to

Streetscene and Regulatory Services, Support & Technical Services are responsible for providing a day to day service for Whitley Depot Management, Streetpride, including Coombe Abbey Park, War Memorial Park and City Centre, Park Services, Urban Forestry and Passenger Transport. 

What is the job role?

We are looking for an Administrative Officer to work under the general direction of the Team Leader and the Whitley Depot Manager, to be responsible for the day to day delivery of administrative support to Streetscene and Regulatory Services.

This is a permanent position working 22.5 hours a week (Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays).

Streetscene and Regulatory Services, Support & Technical Services are responsible for providing a day to day service for Whitley Depot Management, Streetpride, including Coombe Abbey Park, War Memorial Park and City Centre, Park Services, Urban Forestry and Passenger Transport. 

Who are we looking for?

Based at the various sites that we support (City Wide), including Whitley Depot,  you will provide a support to the Whitley Depot Manager, including the services above, taking on service specific key tasks, you will be the first point of contact for the service areas.

If you are self-motivated, organised, can work in a multi-disciplinary area, a team player and not phased working in a busy environment, this role might be right up your street.

You will require a good working and demonstrable knowledge of administrative practices and processes, work on own initiative, have good attention to detail and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. In addition, if you are able to demonstrate excellent IT systems and processes skills, please apply.
