Financial rewards

• A competitive and fair pay salary structure
• Excellent annual leave provision of 27 days, increasing to 32 days after five years service
• 8 bank holidays in addition to the above
• Flexi-leave – up to 13 days per year, plus the potential for an additional 5 days subject to time worked, where flexi-time is available
• A guaranteed pension based on your final salary.
• The option of part of your annual pension being exchanged for a "one-off" tax free cash payment.
• The ability to increase your pension by paying extra contributions.
• Voluntary retirement at age 60 but the opportunity to work up until age 75.
• Death in service lump sum of three times your final pay.
