- Death in service lump sum of two times your final pay.
- Index-linking to ensure that pensions keep pace with inflation.
Holiday Provision
- Annual leave of 27 days, increasing to 32 days after five years service.
- 8 Public and Statutory Holidays in addition to the above.
- Flexi-leave – up to 13 days per year, plus the potential for an additional 5 days subject to time worked, where flexi-time is available.
